This workout is suitable for beginners. It’s Lower (Moderate) Intensity & Low Impact if you use the options included in the video. If you’re well trained it might also be ok to include this to your workout regimen for active rest days. Always listen to your body and rest if needed! Let’s dance! * ^-^ *
