I’ve seen and tried many k-pop workouts here on youtube, and I think they’re so helpful and so much fun! I hope that others will find this video helpful as well. ♡

Prepare for this fun intense k-pop workout with the included warm up, and also please do the cool down/stretch if possible to prevent injury.
You will need a towel for the stretch.

Please remember to drink water!

I burned 508 calories according to my Fitbit when I did this whole workout (including warm up + stretch). I’m an average young woman with normal fitness status. Please remember that burned calories may vary depending on persons age, height, weight and fitness status.
